Please note doctors infrequently run behind and will call you later than your appointment time. Please be patient and ensure that the setting on your phone allows receiving calls from private caller IDs as well.
I booked an appointment but I did not receive a call why?
The most common reason for doctors not calling the patient is that the patient with a healthcare card has not completed their profile completely according to their healthcare card. This will result in failure of real time verification of the healthcare card with msp and the doctors will not call you. For example have not provided their full first name and middle name and last name or address according to their healthcare card. Sometimes the patients have entered a wrong phone number when registering or their phone may block receiving calls from private caller IDs. The patients without healthcare card who have enetered their information and their payment has been processed successfully will always be contacted by physicians and healthcare providers at the time of their appointment.
